SAIC taps new EVP, general counsel

Science Applications International Corp. has named Steven Mahon executive vice president and general counsel, effective Nov. 9.

Mahon replaces Mark Shultz and will report to SAIC CEO Tony Moraco.

Mahon joins the company from MTS Systems Corp., where he served as senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer and corporate secretary.

Before MTS, Mahon worked at Alliant Techsystems Inc.
