SAIC nabs $200M contract to provide IT to NASA
Science Applications International Corp. has won a $200 million contract to provide NASA with information technology services.

The contract is called the Langley Information Technology Enhanced Services II (LITES II) contract.
Under the contract, SAIC will provide Langley Research Center with IT support services in the areas of science and engineering applications, center infrastructure applications, data center support, business management applications support, and IT project management support, the company said in a release.
The work also includes traditional IT services and specialized IT involving the development, maintenance and operation of science and engineering software used in modeling and simulation, SAIC said.
Work will be performed primarily in Hampton, Virginia.
