Some of the factoids: No appropriations bills have been signed into law for fiscal 2016.
They also pull in the specter of sequestration, which returns Oct. 1 with $90.4 billion in expect cuts, unless of course Congress acts.
We’re also heading toward a possible shutdown, which would be the 13th since 1980.
