Addx Corp. taps new director, proposal management

Addx Corp. has appointed Emily Elks to be the company’s director of proposal management.

In her new role, Elks will coordinate all phases of the proposal process and exercise full responsibility of efforts to win new business and retain existing customers, the company said in a release.

Elks joins the company after holding a number of proposal-related positions at companies including Fluor Corp., Parsons and ManTech.

She holds an associate’s degree in Mental Health from Montgomery College and certifications in proposal management and proposal writing from Shipley Associates.
