McBee Strategies appoints new EVP

McBee Strategies has named Greg Garcia executive vice president, where he will help lead the firm’s growing cybersecurity policy advocacy, communications and coalition management practice.

Garcia is credited as being the nation’s first assistant secretary for cybersecurity and communications in the Homeland Security Department.

He was most recently executive director for the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council. Garcia also served as Bank of America’s first cybersecurity partnership executive.
