SAIC has completed its $790 million acquisition of Scitor in a move that adds 1,500 employees with high-level security clearances and intelligence capabilities to SAIC.
SAIC has completed its $790 million acquisition of Scitor in a move that adds 1,500 employees with high-level security clearances and intelligence capabilities to SAIC.
Founded in 1979, Scitor specializes in national security and is focused on classified U.S. Air Force and intelligence community programs, SAIC said in a release.
Scitor had around $600 million in annual revenues last year, pushing SAIC’s total revenue to $4.5 billion and its earnings to $321 million.
