SRA International completes acquisition of Qbase LLC

SRA International has completed its acquisition of Qbase LLC.

The move boost’s SRA’s IT support solutions and professional services capabilities.

The deal was announced Apr. 1, 2015. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The services and programs that SRA is acquiring assist critical missions in the health care, homeland security and law enforcement markets, the company said in a release.

SRA adds around 230 new employees through this acquisition.

Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to Qbase.
