ManTech acquires CSC subsidiary

ManTech has acquired Computer Sciences Corp. subsidiary Welkin in a move that boosts ManTech’s customer portfolio in the intelligence and defense communities.

Chantilly, Va.-based Welkin delivers mission-centric services in high-end systems engineering and advanced national security technology and business services for its customers across the intelligence and defense markets.

The acquisition allows ManTech to pursue large engineering and support opportunities throughout these markets, with Welkin being integrated into the company’s Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions Group, the company said in a release.
