KPMG acquires cloud solutions firm's professional services practice
KPMG Inc. has acquired the ServiceNow Professional Services Practice from Triad Technology Partners in a move that will extend the ServiceNow offerings currently available to public sector clients.
KPMG Inc. has acquired the ServiceNow Professional Services Practice from Triad Technology Partners in a move that will extend the ServiceNow offerings currently available to public sector clients.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Triad’s professional services practice will be integrated into KPMG’s CIO Advisory practice, the company said in a release. Triad will continue to sell ServiceNow software subscriptions as an authorized ServiceNow reseller, the company said.
Through the acquisition, KPMG will pick up ServiceNow’s customers existing in the public sector and commercial markets as well as the defense, civilian and intelligence markets, Triad said. KPMG’s global reach and extensive investments will benefit the practice, the company said.
