FDA solicits $20M IDIQ for data harmonization services

The Food and Drug Administration wants to set up a single, $20 million indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for flexible purchasing of data harmonization services.

FDA is looking for support with harmonizing various datasets, creating supporting documentation for those datasets, developing a data dissemination tool to access the dataset and the supporting documentation, and hosting and maintaining the data dissemination tool.

The IDIQ would support the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products’ efforts to establish the scientific basis for setting up regulations regarding tobacco usage in the United States and its effects on users.

The FDA released its solicitation April 17. Responses are due by May 15.
