Such projects will include upstarting the U.S. Digital Service to be integrated into federal agencies to work on public-facing government services. Scott also plans to continue to the PortfolioStat review process to improve efficiency in the federal IT budget.

The federal CIO also outlined plans he has to increase cloud adoption and augment cyber capabilities, FCW reported.
