Vector Technical Resources taps new EVP, controller

Vector Technical Resources has tapped two individuals to tackle its business development and financial operations.

Katie Nelson has been promoted from vice president to executive vice president where she will be responsible for client management, business development and operational duties. She joined Vector in 2013.

Chris Clover joins the company as controller. Clover will address the duties for all financial functions including billing, budgeting, payroll and accounts receivable and payable, the company said in a release.

Founded in 2007, Vector is an IT staffing firm that provides IT professionals to small and mid-size government contractors as well as commercial entities.
