DARPA plans $95M IDIQs for professional services

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency intends to award up to three five-year indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts valued at $95 million for professional and management services.

DARPA released a presolicitation Feb. 9. It anticipates releasing a request for proposal March 2.

The scope of the contracts include technical, programmatic, financial, and administrative advisory and assistance services. Work would potentially span program planning, financial management and analysis, conference and meeting planning, data management control, and acquisition support. In addition, officials would be looking for support with internal and external websites, graphics, strategic planning, and subject matter expertise and consultants.

DARPA intends to award multiple-award, hybrid indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts with the ability to issue cost-plus-fixed-fee, time and material, or firm fixed price task orders.
