West Corp. taps new CFO

West Corp. has named Jan Masden chief financial officer, replacing Paul Mendlik, who is retiring.

Mendlik will remain with the company for two more years as a consultant to ensure the transition is smooth.

In her new role, Masden will lead the company’s global accounting, finance and treasury functions.

She joins the company from Creighton University, where she oversaw its financial dealings. She has also served as CFO of First Data Corp.’s Financial Services Division.

Masden is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
