We are launching a new quarterly feature next week that I’m really excited about.
Invitations will be hitting your inboxes asking you to take a survey that will help us evaluate the mood in the market. We’re calling it the WT Contractor Confidence Index.
The questions center around your thoughts on expected revenue growth, hiring, job satisfaction and whether you think the market is headed in a positive or negative direction.
We’ll repeat the survey each quarter which will let us track the ups and downs in the market and identify other trends.
Your individual answers will be completely confidential. We are only interested in the aggregate information and the insights we can glean from it.
We’ll publish the results in a special section of our website. As the quarters click by, I’m sure we’ll uncover some trends that will be of value to you, our readers. Our plan is that this quarterly report will be a good barometer of conditions and attitudes in the market.
