The General Services Administration is trying to make it easier for federal IT buyers to leverage its Alliant contract and has unveiled a prices-paid tool to help, according to FCW.
The tool is based on pricing and task order information gleaned from agencies’ past spending and provides a variety of research and analysis capabilities for agency chief information officers, chief financial officers and chief acquisition officers, FCW said.
The tool includes dashboards and reports that FCW said can help agencies conduct market research, develop better cost estimates, analyze price data and see total IT dollars spent under Alliant.
