Excella names two new partners

Excella Consulting has named two new partners to its executive team.

Zak Mahshie and Dave Neumann will serve as partners. Mashie will serve as general counsel and oversee as operations. Neumann will lead the company’s federal consulting practice.

Mahshie joined the company in 2007 as a consultant and in-house consel. Before Excella, he worked with the Federal Election Commission. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Boston College and a juris doctor from George Mason University.

Neumann joined the company in 2005 as a consultant. Before Excella, he worked at NASA as a business systems operations manager. He was also once a principal consultant at IBM. He holds a master’s degree in management information systems from the University of Virginia.
