OBXtek hires new EVP, Operations
OBXtek Inc. has named Bill Phillips executive vice president, Operations, as well as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
OBXtek Inc. has named Bill Phillips executive vice president, Operations, as well as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
In his new role, Phillips will direct the day-to-day operations of all of OBXtek’s active contracts.
He will also be responsible for strategic planning, quality control of all delivered customer services, development and implementation of an internal program management system and organization and management of all program managers, the company said in a release.
Phillips has more than 30 years of experience in the Army. He holds a master’s degree in personnel management from Troy University and a master’s in procurement and material management from Webster University.
