CACI International has won $193 million in work to provide the Securities and Exchange Commission with professional paralegal and related services for its business management unit.
The company won both the initial contract as well as the first, $61 million task order, combining for a total of $193 million.
Under the contract, CACI will support the business management unit as well as the Division of Enforcement and Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations at SEC’s Washington, D.C., headquarters and 11 regional offices, the company said in a release.
