MicroPact wins contract to provide NOAA office with case management system

MicroPact has won a contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to deploy a case management system for the agency’s National Marine Fisheries Service Office of Law Enforcement.

The contract value was not disclosed.

Under the contract, MicroPact will provide its entellitrak case management platform as a replacement for the outdated Law Enforcement Accessible Database System.

The system will allow for sworn law enforcement officers, special agents, and other staff to document enforcement activities that support the compliance of federal laws and regulations under the responsibility of the Office of Law Enforcement, MicroPact said in a release.

Salient Federal Solutions will serve as subcontractor to MicroPact under the contract. As subcontractor, Salient will lend its knowledge of the National Marine Fisheries Service’s business process to the entellitrak implementation.
