Kratos taps new board member

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions has named Amy Zegart to its board of directors, bringing the total number of members to eight.

Zegart is a Davies Family Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, a professor of political science at Stanford University, and a co-director of Stanford’s Center for International Security and Cooperation, Kratos said in a release.

She also served on the Clinton administration’s National Security Council staff. She will bring her expertise in security issues to help Kratos continue to be a player in the national security arena, said Eric DeMarco, Kratos president and CEO.
