Booz accuses Deloitte of illegally recruiting employees
Booz Allen Hamilton is claiming that Deloitte Consulting used stolen information to try to hire a team of employees and to target their customers.
Booz Allen Hamilton has filed a lawsuit against Deloitte Consulting LLP, accusing its fellow consulting behemoth of using stolen proprietary information to recruit employees.
The Washington Business Journal reported that Booz Allen is accusing Deloitte of recruiting an entire team of its employees to target contracts and clients.
Booz Allen alleges that a conspiracy began in 2012 and focused on the company’s instructional development and immersive learning capability.
Deloitte denies the accusations presented in a filing in the U.S. District Court for New Jersey.
