“SECAF’s mission is to assist government contractors achieve maximum growth in a highly competitive marketplace.  These awards were developed to highlight companies within our community that continually and consistently put forth tremendous effort and generate results that benefit the entire government contractor community,” said Kwesi Rogers, chairman of SECAF and president of Federal National Commercial Credit.
