Sierra Nevada snags $46M IED jamming contract
Sierra Nevada Corp. has won a $46.5 million contract to support personal IED jamming technology.
Sierra Nevada Corp. has won a $46.5 million contract to support improvised explosive device (IED) jamming technology.
The Sparks, Nev.-based company will be responsible for providing spares and services in support of the Thor III and Baldr CREW systems, both of which are personal IED jamming systems designed to block IED signals around a wearer.
Work is slated to be completed April 2017.
