The seven winners are:

Whitney, Bradley and Brown Inc.
Each company has won an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, firm-fixed-price contract for research, analysis, program management and financial support services.
The cumulative value of the initial contracts is $83.3 million, which value could grow to $250 million with the exercise of options.
Funds in the amount of $15,000, split among the winners, were obligated at the time of the award, and work is expected to be completed April 2015. If all options are exercised, work could extend to April 2017.
The seven winners were selected from 12 bids received.
