The Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center anticipates a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract for tactical data link (TDL) systems support.

The contract support work would apply to programs, such as airborne tactical data systems, ballistic missile defense, common data link management system, and the joint tactical radio system. The contract would include a range of current programs and future programs as they are developed.

The IDIQ would provide the Navy with an array of work, such as system and software engineering, configuration management, reengineering assessments of tactical data system software applications, and human factors engineering for system level software design.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center released a presolicitation and draft performance work statement April 11. Responses are due no later than Aug. 4.
