PSI taps new VP for capture management

Planned Systems International has named Kristin Pennypacker vice president, proposal and capture Management.

Pennypacker comes to PSI from Lohfeld Consulting Group, where she served as principal consultant.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Northwestern University, and a master’s degree in information and telecommunications systems.
