Artel taps new VP of strategy, business development

Artel LLC has named Michael Fraser vice president of strategy and business development, where he will shape the strategies and lead all front-end capture activities and operations to deliver long-term business growth.

Fraser joins Artel from iDirect Government Technologies, where he served as executive vice president for the company’s Satellite Communications Products and Services business. He has also held executive roles at USIS and General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Laverne, and a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California.
