NCI Inc. has won a $9.4 million task order to develop, integrate and deliver two additional nodes of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Data Storage and Dissemination system.

NCI Inc. has won a $9.4 million task order to develop, integrate and deliver two additional nodes of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) Data Storage and Dissemination system.

This task order was awarded under the NETCENTS contract.

The nodes that NCI will provide accelerate data transfers across the AF DCGS network and provide storage, dissemination, processing and retrieval capabilities to the net-centric AF DCGS enterprise, NCI said in a release.

The company has already provided two nodes under a similar contract in 2012.
