immixGroup selects three new board members

immixGroup has named three new members to its board of directors, two independent members and an advisor, growing its board to five members.

The two independent members are Thomas Newell and Nelson Carbonell.

Newell is executive chairman of Signature Senior Lifestyle Ltd. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a law degree from the University of Virginia.

Carbonell currently serves as president and CEO of Nelson Narbonell & Associates, and CEO of Snowbird Capital Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University.

Ron Police will serve as advisor to the immixGroup board. He is currently president of Ron Police LLC. Police holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Penn State.
