Criterion acquires small business, gains Alliant contract
By acquiring TEM Solutions, Criterion Systems has picked up the Alliant Small Business government-wide acquisition contract, one of the biggest procurement vehicles in the market.
Criterion Systems has acquired TEM Solutions, and through doing so, has gotten an Alliant small business contract. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
TEM Solutions provides information technology services, primarily software development and infrastructure support, to federal agencies, a Criterion spokesperson said.
The Alliant Small Business government-wide acquisition contract is a multiple-award task order contract awarded to small businesses. So far, $3.5 billion has come from this vehicle, Criterion said.
