Vistronix taps new chief strategy officer, vice chair of the board

Vistronix has named Ronald Jones chief strategy officer and vice chair for the company’s board of directors.

Jones comes to Vistronix from Sotera Defense Solutions, where he served as executive vice president for strategy and corporate development.

Before Sotera, Jones served as senior vice president, strategy and corporate development at Gray Hawk Systems Inc., where he also served on the board.

The hiring of Jones comes on the heels of the Technology Associates International Corp. acquisition, the company said in a release.
