U.S., China to begin cyber talks in July

The first round of talks between the United States and China will begin in July, the New York Times reported.

The talks have been on the table for a while, but no word has been given about when the talks would occur until now.

These talks will set standards of behavior for cybersecurity and commercial espionage, and are meant to calm the tensions between the two countries spurred by the United States’ claims that China has been attacking  U.S. computer networks on a daily basis.
