Senior Pentagon leaders are so frustrated with the Military Health Service that they've shifted oversight to Frank Kendall, under secretary of Defense for acqusitions, Nextgov reports.

Kendall will oversee health IT, including the procurements from the Militar Health System and the TRICARE Management Activity.
