Serco revamps C-suite with new hires
Serco hires new chief financial officer, chief information officer, human resources leader and new vice president of intell business.
Serco Inc. has named a new chief financial officer, chief information officer, human resources leader and a new vice president of intelligence business.
Gary Shankman has been hired as CFO. He comes to the company from Science Applications International Corp., where he was CFO of the defense group. He also is a former employee of Arthur Anderson.
At Serco, he’ll lead corporate finance and accounting functions, as well as other duties. He’ll report to chairman and CEO, Ed Casey.
Chris Sullivan will be CIO, leading Serco’s IT department and overseeing the strategic direction of Serco’s IT systems, to support the business. He also will report to Casey.
He comes to Serco from Computer Sciences Corp., where he was CIO of North American Public Sector.
Candy Curtin was promoted to senior vice president of human resources. She’s been interim head of HR for the past year. She has been with Serco over 12 years. She will report to Casey, as well.
Also joining Serco from SAIC is Jim Orndoff, who was named vice president of Serco’s intelligence business. He’ll report to Harry Gatanas, executive vice president of the defense and intelligence business.
At SAIC, Orndoff was senior vice president and chief technology officer of the company’s cyber and intelligence business.
