Seven nab $98.8M C5ISR contract with Navy
Seven will provide command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance services to U.S. Navy.
Seven contractors have won spots on a $98.8 million task order contract to provide command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance electronics and communications services to the U.S. Navy.
These services will be procured in support of mission capabilities within the Production, Installation and In-Service Support Portfolio, the Defense Department announcement said. The companies will compete for task orders under the contract.
The following contractors won these cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts:
- Client Solution Architects LLC
- Grove Resource Solutions Inc.
- Gateway Ventures Inc.
- Imagine One StraCon Venture LLC
- Predicate Logic Inc.
- UEC Electronics LLC
- Ursa Navigation Solutions Inc.
Each contract has provisions for fixed-price-incentive and firm-fixed price orders. The base-year of the contract is worth $19.8 million, but options will bring it up to $98.8 million.
Work on the base year is expected to be completed by August 2013. With options, work will run through August 2017. Contract funds will not expire at the end of fiscal 2012, the announcement said.
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic is the contracting activity.
