NCI wins $158M Army logistics contract
NCI will supply logistics support to Army locations in Virginia, Maryland, Texas, Michigan, Afghanistan and Kuwait.
NCI Information Systems Inc. has won a $158.2 million Army contract for logistics support.
The company bested five other bidders to win the contract with the Army’s Program Executive Office Solider, according to a Defense Department announcement on Tuesday.
NCI will provide logistics support services at Army locations in Fort Belvoir, Va., Prince George County, Va., Middle River, Md., Fort Hood, Texas, Warren, Mich., Afghanistan and Kuwait.
The contract runs through Dec. 5, 2015. The Defense Department said NCI was picked from six bids that were received.
NCI is ranked No. 54 on the 2012 Washington Technology Top 100 list of the largest government contractors.
