Jacobs wins $600M contract at Marshall Space Flight Center
Jacobs leads a team of eight to provide science and engineering personnel to work on flight programs and other projects.
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. won a contract with Marshall Space Flight Center with a potential maximum value of $600 million, if all options are exercised.
The contract has a base period of two years and also has three one-year options.
Under the terms of the contract, Jacobs—along with eight major subcontractors—will provide engineering and science services and skills augmentation. The subcontractors on the Jacobs team are as follow:
- Aerodyne Industries LLC
- All Points Logistics
- Bevilacqua Research Corp.
- ERC Inc.
- Geocent LLC
- Lee & Associates LLC
- Qualis Corp.
- Tuskegee University
Specifically, Marshall Space Flight Center will procure engineers, scientists and technicians to support their engineering directorate; science technology office; flight programs and partnerships office; and future programs and projects.
