SI Organization buys intell firm

Acquisition bolsters strategic communications capabilities to serve intelligence and defense customers.
The SI Organization, Inc. is acquiring PhaseOne Communications, a company that provides strategic communications services to intelligence agencies.
PhaseOne will provide capabilities to SI’s systems acquisition and intelligence operations business. The company provides communications research and planning, development and evaluation services. Its capabilities include refined strategic communications, targeted-messaging expertise and a methodology for understanding target audiences.
In addition to intelligence agencies, PhaseOne also has customers with the Defense Department and several Fortune 500 companies.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Castellum Capital Advisors LLC was an advisor to PhaseOne.
