9 firms capture $476M defense contract

Nine companies have won spots on the Defense Department's Omnibus Network Enterprise contract worth $476 million.

The five-year ONE contract will provide a range of engineering and communications services to federal agencies. The Defense Information Systems Agency is the contracting authority.

Under the contract, the companies will compete for individual task orders to deliver support services in areas such as systems engineering, information assurance, security, test and evaluation, enterprise architecture and program management.

The nine awardees are:
