Catapult gains NLRB contract extension for IT services
The Bethesda, Md., small business will continue providing help desk, hardware and software, and other IT support to the national arbitration agency.
Catapult Technology Ltd., a service-disabled veteran-owned government contractor, will continue providing help desk and other IT services to the National Labor Relations Board under a 29-month contract worth $3.7 million.
The contract is an extension of existing work at the NLRB where Catapult has managed its service desk since 2008, a company announcement said.
Under this new contract, Catapult will manage the NLRB’s IT service desk, provide hardware and software support, and monitor computer deployments.
In addition to service desk capabilities, the Bethesda, Md., company also will provide technical writing and desktop publishing services, as well as application support.
Catapult has 15 full-time employees working at the NLRB’s Washington, D.C., headquarters, supporting 600 employees there and 1,200 field staff members in 52 offices across the U.S., including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, the announcement said.
