Former Northrop and CIA engineer joins TASC
Bob Pattishall, an engineer whose career includes positions at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems and the CIA National Reconnaissance Office, is joining TASC Inc. as a vice president.
TASC Inc. has named Bob Pattishall vice president of the company's Systems Engineering and Integration Community of Excellence, a unit within the company’s Strategic Capabilities and Technology group.
He joins TASC, of Chantilly, Va., from Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, where he most recently served as vice president and program director responsible for the development and deployment of a major restricted program.
Pattishall also was a senior vice president at Veridian Corp.
Before moving into the private sector, Pattishall spent 25 years in the CIA’s Office of Development and Engineering assigned to the National Reconnaissance Office, where he held a variety of engineering management positions responsible for the development, deployment and operation of advanced satellite reconnaissance systems.
He also served as the founding director of the NRO's Advanced Systems and Technology Directorate.
Pattishall earned a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland.
