Fast 50 deadline extended

The deadline for nominations for the 2011 Fast 50 has been extended until June 13. Each year we rank the 50 fastest growing small businesses in the government market. Apply now.
Washington Technology has extended its nominations deadline for the annual Fast 50 ranking until June 13.
Any small business in the government market can nominate itself. To be considered companies need to submit five years of government contracting revenue data, which will be used to calculate their compound annual growth rate. Companies are ranked by their growth rate, not by their overall revenue.

The revenue figures submitted will be published as part of the Fast 50 print and online editions. For an example, see the 2010 Fast 50.
The 2011 Fast 50 will look at revenue growth from 2006 through 2010. Companies must have at least $100,000 in government revenue in 2006 to be eligible.
Other requirements include meeting the various government criteria for being a small business or being in the 8(a) program or being a service-disabled, veteran-owned company. If you are unsure, visit the Small Business Administration webpage.
