The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum honored a number of small government contractors the evening of April 28 at the Annual SECAF Awards Gala.

The winners and their categories were:

  • Contractor of the Year (revenue under $6 million): InCadence Strategic Solutions
  • Contractor of the Year (revenue $6 million to $12 million): Onyx Government Solutions
  • Contractor of the Year (revenue $12 million to $25 million): Solutions Made Simple Inc.
  • SECAF “Award of Excellence” (revenue under $25 million): Atlas Research
  • Small Business Partner (revenue $25 million to $100 million): Robbins-Gioia LLC
  • Small Business Partner (revenue more than $100 million): Science Applications International Corp.

The Government Advocate of the Year award went to Michael O’Neill, director of the General Services Administration’s Governmentwide Acquisition Contract Program.

The 2011 winners were chosen from among three to five finalists in all categories and from an original field of nominations of nearly 200 submissions.
