Robbins-Gioia announces CEO change
Michael Sledge will succeed John Marselle as CEO of Robbins-Gioia Inc. next month, following the acceptance of Maselle’s retirement by the company's board of directors.

John Marselle, who was named CEO of Robbins-Gioia Inc. in 2006, will retire March 5, the company announced after the acceptance of his retirement by the board of directors.
Marselle will be succeeded by Michael Sledge, who has been president and chief operating officer of the government management and technology consulting firm since 2006. Sledge also has been serving as acting CEO since October 2010, when Marselle began an extended medical leave.
Sledge joined the company, which is based in Alexandria, Va., in 1984.
Before serving as Robbins-Gioia’s president and COO, Sledge was president of the company's civilian agencies and homeland security unit.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Duquesne University and is a member of the Project Management Institute, the American Defense Preparedness Association, and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association.
