Kymm McCabe takes on new role as president of ASI Government. Former president Anne Reed will continue as CEO.

Kimberly “Kymm” McCabe has been named president of ASI Government, the public-sector consulting company announced today.

Anne Reed is giving up the president title but will continue in her role as CEO, focusing on client relations and strategies for company growth.

McCabe joins ASI after working as the acting deputy director of the Office of Business Transformation in the Army. While there, she supported the under secretary of the Army and chief management officer by guiding the Army’s senior leaders through the transformation of their business operations.

In other parts of the public sector, she has been a consultant for both U.S. and foreign governments in the areas of business transformation, strategic planning and organizational development. Outside of government, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies and more than 60 major U.S. corporations. McCabe has also worked as senior vice president of ICF International, leading their enterprise strategy consulting business unit.

She is a researcher and speaks widely on transformation and performance management. She has been recognized for her accomplishments. She received the 2003 Women in Technology Entrepreneur Leader award.

Reed said McCabe will bring a new dynamic to the company and what it offers the government by way of services.

“Her special talent for sparking and incubating innovation will fuel our ability to find creative solutions to our federal government clients’ greatest organizational performance, program management and acquisition challenges.” Reed said.
