BAE Systems PLC is purchasing the Danish cyber and intelligence company ETI A/S, a provider of advanced technology products and services to government and commercial clients worldwide.
BAE Systems PLC is purchasing the Danish cyber and intelligence company ETI A/S for 1.2 billion Danish kroner (approximately $210.7 million).
ETI provides advanced technology products and services to government and commercial clients worldwide, according to a statement issued today by the British corporation, parent company of BAE Systems Inc.

ETI employs approximately 260 people and has operations in the United Kingdom, the United States, Asia and the Middle East.
The acquisition, which is conditional among other things upon receiving regulatory approval, is expected to close in the first quarter of 2011.
