John Hassoun has joined ATS Corp. as senior vice president of federal programs.
Hassoun comes to ATSC from Global Strategies Group, an international risk management services company in Dubai, where he served as chief executive officer of the Integrated Security Line of Business.
Prior to that, Hassoun served as CEO of Olive Group. He has also held executive leadership positions at Veridian Corp. and General Dynamics Corp.
“John Hassoun brings to ATSC a proven track record of leading corporations in executing new strategies to grow and build their business and expand into new markets,” said Sidney Fuchs, ATSC's executive vice president and chief operating officer, in a statement released today.
Fuchs, who became ATSC's COO in April, was just named to Applied Research Associates’ board of directors. He replaced ARA co-founder Cornelius Higgins, who retired from the board and was named chairman emeritus.
