Evans takes board seat with Women In Technology
Karen Evans, former administrator for e-government and information technology at the Office of Management and Budget, has joined the board of directors of the Women in Technology Education Foundation.
The foundation gives funding to support education, mentoring and training programs to encourage women and school-age girls to pursue technology-related careers, according to an announcement from the foundation. Since leaving government Evans has been a partner at KE&T Partners.
