Fred Schobert joins Topside Consulting
Schobert was director of the Office of Infrastructure Optimization in a section of the Federal Acquisition Service.
Fred Schobert, a former General Services Administration official, has joined Topside Consulting as an executive consultant, John Okay, a partner at the company, said today.
Schobert retired from GSA in June. He was the director of the Office of Infrastructure Optimization in the Integrated Technology Services section of GSA's Federal Acquisition Service. He played a large role in designing GSA's major Networx telecommunications contract.
He was also a Federal 100 award winner in 2006.
